      I highly recommend Lisa Molinari! She knows the local Morristown market! Lisa made reasonable suggestions on how best to prepare our home for listing to maximize interest. We listed our home in early March, before COVID-19 became a worry, but she was able to quickly adjust, once in-person visits or open houses were no longer possible, setting up virtual walk-throughs and increasing our social media presence. Lisa is excellent communicator, providing regular feedback and data about interest in our home throughout the listing period. We received an offer at the beginning of July.
